CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The following Refund Policy outlines the rules and regulations for the use of Volume 44.

In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at vol44.com, you could do so within 10 days of the orders being placed. However, cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started.
REFUND POLICY
Volume 44 aims to deliver the highest quality products for our clients. If you at any time in development are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund. In this case,for any client who is not satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of a first installment. The refund will be made after deducting any service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us. No refund will be given if:

You have already approved a design mock-up or creative treatment/strategy. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.

The project delays are caused by a lack of communication from your end. If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase and in case of debit card / net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.
Comprehensive Cancellation and Refund Policy for All Services
At Volume 44, once a payment or deposit is made for any of our services, it is non-refundable. This policy applies due to the extensive resources, time, and internal expenses involved. If a project or service is cancelled, delayed, or postponed by the client, all amounts paid will be retained by Volume 44. Additional costs may be charged for work completed beyond what was already paid for. All completed projects as defined in the scope of work are non-refundable. For instance, if only 50% of a design project has been paid and more than 85% of the project is completed at the time of cancellation, the client must pay the full agreed-upon proposal amount.
